Shipping Information
We ship by United States
Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority Mail. There is a flat per-shipment shipping & handling fee of $2.50 for First Class, and $5.50 for Priority Mail. For international shipment to a non-US address, please contact us at customerservice@studioksjewelry.com.
We will try our best to ship the item within 4 days after your order was received. In the event it will take longer, we will notify you by email.
Payment Methods
Payment by VISA or MasterCard can be processed online. If you'd like to pay by other means such as personal check, please email us at customerservice@studioksjewelry.com, specifying which items you would like to purchase.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 8.625% on products and shipping & handling will be added to orders shipped to New York State.
Return
Policy
You can return your item within 14 days after receipt, provided that the item is in its original condition with original packaging intact, and in case of earrings, that they have not been worn.
Please contact us at customerservice@studioksjewelry.com before returning your item. When doing so, please include your name, invoice number, item description, and reason for returning. We will send you a return authorization number with instructions. We regret that we cannot refund you the shipping & handling (plus sales tax on S&H where applicable). The customer will be responsible for the cost of mailing returned products.
Jewelry
Care
Store your jewelry in a protected place to keep them clean. Silver items should be kept in a case or a pouch to avoid tarnishing. If necessary, gently wipe stones and beads with a moistend cloth to remove dirt, and use a jewelry cleaning cloth or cleaner to polish the metal.
